Beth Jaeger

Vice President, Human Resources & Administration
Since 2003, Beth Jaeger has served as Vice President of Human Resources.  In her role, she oversees the company’s human resources operations supporting approximately 300 employees.  She is responsible for providing strategic oversight and senior management support for all human resources matters including: employee engagement, staffing and recruitment, employee retention, training and professional development, diversity, and compensation and benefits.

She joined the company in 1998 as office manager, and in 1999 she was named human resources and office manager.  In 2002 Beth was promoted to director of human resources and office management until her vice president promotion the following year.

Beth has played a key role in Hubbell Realty Company’s taking a more strategic approach to human resources.  The conversion of online employment application and screening to a web-based program has provided a more streamlined process for applicant tracking and affirmative action compliance.  The implementation of a web-based program for employee self-serve enrollment in benefits saves times and links benefit elections with payroll deductions. In addition, the introduction of screening tools such as a drug-free workplace policy, DISC behavioral profiles and Wonderlic cognitive abilities testing have given Hubbell valuable tools in the administration of human resource functions, increasing efficiencies without adding overhead.
