That’s why he started his own YouTube playlist titled “We Give You More,” in an effort to take the extra step to educate homeowners on easy maintenance wins.

Just like the seasons, Stu’s advice changes with the time of year.

“When we’re in the middle of the spring and summer months, when rain and storms can hit at a moment’s notice, it’s really good to have your sump pump, and humidity checks in control,” said Stu. 

In the colder months, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your home’s heating and cooling systems. In addition, Stu says it’s the perfect time of year to ‘winterize’ your home in preparation and then take some easy indoor cleaning steps once it’s too cold to be outdoors.
