WEST DES MOINES, IOWA (November 10, 2016) – Continuing the growth of Urbandale, Hubbell Realty Company recently completed development of the Waterford Landing neighborhood’s Plat 6 and 7, opening the way for 65 new single family homes in the thriving community.
The additional homes will comprise 29 acres along Waterford Road, between 156th Street and 170th Street.

Waterford Landing is located in the Waukee School District, which is projected to be the second-fastest growing school district in the state, according to a report from the Legislative Services Agency.

Hubbell Homes plans to build both speculative and custom homes in the neighborhood. The homes built will be larger than 2,000 square feet in size and start at $400,000.
The development of Waterford Landing began in 2010 and will have over 200 single family homes when construction on Plat 7 is complete.
The two new plats are a $4.3 million investment and the new homes will add an estimated $26.0 million in taxable value to the city of Urbandale and Dallas County. New homes should be completed by mid-2017. There are around 50 acres remaining to develop in Waterford Landing.
