Cadence consists of 195 urban infill apartment homes located at 6300 Merle Hay Road in Johnston. It provides a wide variety of options for prospective residents including larger master suites, taller ceilings, more open living spaces and upgraded finishes. Approximately 15 percent of the units will have executive finishes with penthouse lofts on the top floor. The spacious floor plans feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with contemporary interiors and soaring ceilings, ensuring options for a broad customer base.
Saddoris added that nearly half of the apartments currently occupied are from residents new to Johnston.
The $26.3 million project welcomed its first residents in the fall, and the final building will be completed by May. Cadence was built by Hubbell Construction Services and is managed by Hubbell Apartment Living.
