A landmark in the Western Gateway Park neighborhood is slated to get a new life.

Hubbell Realty Company announced plans Thursday to renovate the Lovejoy Building at 121 12th St. The building was once home to a printing company. It was the Mack Truck Corporation on downtown’s auto row.
