A $20 million addition to the East Village apartment scene in Des Moines is gaining attention as it's set to open at the end of January. Velocity, an apartment community in Hubbell's Bridge District, doesn't spare any amenities with a pool, clubhouse, gym, dog washing station, heated parking, yoga studio, two-story community space and rooftop patio. The Bridge District also includes Verve, an apartment, as well as The Banks, a for-sale townhome product.
