CBRE | Hubbell Commercial will now send quarterly market surveys, as opposed to yearly market surveys, to their clients and the general public. The surveys cover the latest statistics, trends and rates in the industrial, office, retail and multifamily marketplace.
“The ability to provide our clients with accurate, up-to-date market information is essential to delivering the quality of brokerage services we want to be known for,” said Bill Wright, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for CBRE | Hubbell Commercial. “We felt it necessary to have someone devoted to research and providing our associates sale comparisons, lease comparables, marketplace trends and other market summary reports.”
