Nearly 130 single-family rental townhomes are coming to fast-growing Waukee with Hubbell Realty Co. set to break ground next spring.

The Centennial Crossing townhomes will span 18 acres directly south of Centennial Park at the intersection of SE University Avenue and SE LA Grant Parkway. The planned one- and two-story homes are next to Hubbell's Glynn Village conservation community.
