Starting this fall, Hubbell Realty Company will begin construction on a new rental community called Forge65. This $24 million neighborhood, which sits on approximately 8 acres, will feature a two 48-unit apartment buildings as well as 38 townhomes surrounding interior parking garages and space, for a total of 134 homes.
The homes at Forge65 will have a variety of sizes, style finishes and interior floorplans. Between the apartments and townhomes, there will be 34 three-bedroom options, 60 two-bedroom options plus an additional 40 one-bedroom options offered in the community. The townhomes will feature 22 ranch floorplans as well as 16 two-story floorplans.
“When we began exploring our options in Pleasant Hill, we wanted to create a thoughtful community with plenty of rental options and designs. This isn’t your standard neighborhood and thanks to the variety, residents will have far greater options than other communities throughout the city,” said Kris Saddoris, Vice President of Multifamily Development with Hubbell. “This community is also strategically placed with the expansion of the Pleasant Hill community in mind as development continues to the north of Forge65.”
The apartment homes will come with the option for a detached garage while all the townhomes will come standard with an attached 2-car garage. Hubbell also plans on adding a clubhouse with a pool and amenity space for resident activities and events.
