CBRE | Hubbell Commercial has released their Q3 2020 Industrial snapshot showing an increase in vacancies across the market with speculative construction dwindling among COVID-19 concerns.
The Greater Des Moines industrial market saw a 120 bps uptick in overall vacancy in Q3 as a surge in speculative deliveries and pullbacks in new lease activity came to the forefront.
