Iowa Trust & Savings Bank, a community bank founded in 1929, plans on constructing a new headquarters on the northwest corner of 156th Street and Hickman Road in Clive, officials announced this week.

“This is a thrilling next step for Iowa Trust and Savings Bank future growth. By expanding into Clive, we will be able to serve the market at the highest level,” said Kris Ausborn, Chief Executive Officer at Iowa Trust & Savings Bank. “We are looking forward to adding to our exceling portfolio and expand on our excellence customer service in Iowa.”

The new headquarters will house a 14,475 square foot, two-story building designed by Simonson Architects. The $8 million project, located at the furthest west entry point to Clive on Hickman Road, is planned to be constructed by Hubbell Construction Services, with groundwork and utility work commencing this month.
