Construction could start as soon as the summer for condominiums planned in the Gray's neighborhood on the southern edge of downtown Des Moines.

Hubbell Realty Co. is poised to start building 32 condominiums at Gray's Station this summer, the first of at least two phases planned for the project. The development is a response to Hubbell's success with the nearby Edison condo building, which sold out in two years.
