Three respected names in Iowa homebuilding, Jerry’s Homes, KRM, and Hubbell Homes, are partnering to bring Founders Glen to life, a 162-acre master-planned community in Grimes. Plat 1 is complete, with 35 lots ready for February builds, and construction is underway, marking the start of a project that blends experience, innovation, and shared vision.
