Matt Weller provides strategic insight and planning to lead the Development division of Hubbell Realty Company. He works with developments ranging from urban neighborhood development, multi-family rental and affordable housing, to retail, industrial sites and single-purpose uses. From initial financial analysis, site acquisition, due diligence review, rezoning and design, to construction and implementation, Matt sees a project through its entirety.
Matt has been at Hubbell since 2013, where he started as an Assistant Project Manager with Hubbell Construction Services. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2014 before transitioning to the Development team in 2016, where he has played an integral role in the company's growth. In his time at Hubbell, Matt has worked on the development and construction of over 1,850 multifamily units and 750,000 square feet of industrial buildings. Matt quickly move from the Director of Development to Vice President in 2023, bringing with him 16 years of professional experience in commercial construction and development.
