Steph Reed serves as the director of operations of Embarq Signature Homes, Hubbell's new custom homebuilding venture. She is responsible for running every aspect of Embarq, including profit and loss, budgeting, developing and maintaining trade partner relationships, and customer relations. She oversees a growing team of home sales and construction professionals helping homebuyers craft their luxury "Forever Home."
Steph brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to Embarq. She previously owned and operated a custom homebuilding company in the Des Moines metro area. She has also been a residential construction certified Realtor, with a well-rounded background in buying, selling, relocation, building a new home, or short sales and foreclosures. She is passionate about providing customers an unmatched experience by going the extra mile to put them first and making them feel special while embracing the personal process of building a handcrafted home with Embarq.
