Hubbell Realty Co. got some good news Tuesday from a city of Des Moines panel that reviews big projects that are bound to receive some economic development incentives from the city.
The Urban Design Review Board approved Hubbell’s conceptual plan for the 83-acre Gray’s Station neighborhood that could accommodate an estimated 5,000 residents by the time it is completed over the next couple of decades.
