This retirement living community offers a full spectrum of retirement living options including independent living, assisted living, closer-care and memory care. Edencrest at The Legacy officially opened May 15, 2018 and is located in Norwalk.
The Edencrest at The Legacy community features 40 apartments along with community spaces, library, a beauty and barber salon, a game room, and a fitness room. Other amenities include state-of-the-art security systems, around-the-clock staffing, made-to-order meals cooked in-house, life enrichment activities and much more.

Edencrest at The Legacy in Norwalk was the fifth Edencrest community to open in the Des Moines metro area. The first, Edencrest at Riverwoods, opened in 2014 in Des Moines. It was followed by Edencrest at Green Meadows, early 2016 in Johnston and Siena Hills and Beaverdale which opened in the Fall 2017 in Des Moines. A sixth location, Edencrest at The Tuscany, is currently in development in Altoona.
