Bellevue, NE (February 12, 2019) – Boyer Young Land Development Company, a Hubbell Realty Company affiliate, has purchased 40 acres to extend their Belle Lago community in Bellevue. This community, aptly named Belle Lago South, will extend off 48th and Capehart Road and will offer 97 home lots with gorgeous lakeside views of the private 12-acre lake. This community will also have easy access to nearby amenities like the Offutt Air Force Base, Shadow Lake Towne Center, Interstate 370 and many family-favorite attractions like the Bellevue Berry Farm and Pumpkin Patch and surrounding golf courses.
This parcel addition will allow Boyer Young and The Home Company to expand on their villa and single-family home product already seen in the Belle Lago community. The Belle Lago South villa products will start in the upper-200’s ranging to mid-300’s while the single-family homes will begin in the low-300’s and end toward the low-400’s.
