West Des Moines, IA – Hubbell Homes, a division of Hubbell Realty Company, is excited to announce the fall dates for the 2019 Hubbell Homes Tour. On the Hubbell Homes Tour, guests can view more than 25 homes throughout 15 different Central Iowa communities. This event will span two weekends, first on September 21 & 22 and the second, September 28 & 29 from 12-5 p.m. both weekends.
“The Hubbell Homes’ Design Studio team has recently started staging and designing customized home staging packages and this is our first debut of those choices,” said April Seydel, Sales Manager for Hubbell Homes. “Our team has really taken it to the next level by providing options for every room of your home.
“We really want potential homeowners to visualize and experience how their future homes could be laid out from the living room, to their unique master bedroom or a family space downstairs. We believe it makes a difference when purchasing your future home,” said Stacey McDonald, Design Studio & Staging Manager.
Hubbell Homes is also beginning many new for-sale homes in upcoming communities such as: Birchwood North in Johnston, Mill Ridge Townhomes in West Des Moines, Tuscany Reserve in Altoona, Riverwoods in Des Moines and Gray’s Station in downtown Des Moines.
As a special promotion, Hubbell Homes will be doubling the monthly closing bonus during the tour dates which means homeowners can earn up to $2,000 extra if they close on a home in October; $1,500 in November and $1,000 in December.
