CBRE | Hubbell Commercial's Senior Vice President Linda Gibbs, CCIM, SIOR, has been named one of the 2019 inductees for her outstanding work in the commercial real estate market. Linda brings over 33 years of commercial real estate experience to the table and is widely recognized as a leading investment property specialist in Iowa along with her partner Tim Sharpe.
Linda Gibbs, along with Sharpe, managed the Capital Markets and Investment Properties platform, formerly known as the Private Client Group (PCG) for the state of Iowa from its inception in 2002. The pair are the leading Iowa Investment Property Specialists in Iowa with Linda's sole focus on the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment properties including retail, office, industrial and a heavy emphasis on multi-family. Linda has been involved in disposition and debt equity investment property transactions exceeding $1 billion.
