LINC at Gray's Station will open to its first residents on July 1. The apartment will come on in three phases, with Phase 1 opening along MLK Jr. Parkway and SW 11th Street. This is the first housing opportunity in the Gray's Station neighborhood, a community that spans 75 acres just south of downtown.
In November, the Chris and Marcie Coleman Bridge and bike trail opened to the public, connecting Gray's Lake, Water Works Park and Gray's Station.
