Hubbell Homes adding zero-entry homes to Danamere Farms

Hubbell Homes is introducing a new entry-level home type in multiple communities across the metro, including in Carlisle’s Danamere Farms.

Beginning this fall, Hubbell will have 24 zero-entry homesites, homes on foundations without basements, with prices beginning at $199,250. These ranch-style homes will be around 1,250 square feet with three bedrooms and a 2-car attached garage.

“With interest rates at historic lows, in some cases close to 2.5%, these homes are truly designed for first time homebuyers or those homeowners keeping budget as top of mind. These homes will feature our Hubbell Homes ‘Discovery Collection’ finishes which have been hand-selected by our in-house design team,” said April Seydel, Sales Manager for Hubbell Homes. “This community is interconnected with the city of Carlisle via bike and walking trails and we’re really looking forward to offering these homes as more people look to purchase.”

In addition to a price point below $200,000, Hubbell also works with preferred lenders who can offer the USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing program, a zero percent down financing option, to homeowners interested in this home style in this specific community. Hubbell Homes’ Discovery Collection is offered in five other communities in and around the Des Moines metro including: Birchwood North (Johnston), Grover Woods (Des Moines), Riverwoods (Des Moines), Summersfield (Des Moines) and Tuscany (Altoona).

Groundwork is currently underway at Danamere Farms, and foundations are expected to begin in October.
