Hubbell Realty Company announced a wave of promotions within the company, effective January 1, 2021.
As part of the long-term succession plan, Kyle Gamble has been promoted from Senior Vice President to
Executive Vice President of Hubbell Realty Company. Gamble, who joined Hubbell in 1994, has led CBRE |
Hubbell Commercial since 2003 and will continue to lead the strategic planning and business development
of Hubbell’s various divisions.
“Through his knowledge of the real estate industry, ability to build trusting relationships with his clients
and associates, and passion for the Greater Des Moines community, Kyle has continued to prove his
leadership capabilities can go above and beyond our greatest expectations. This next step is well
deserved,” said Hubbell Realty Co. President and CEO Rick Tollakson.
In addition to Gamble’s promotion, additional promotions have also been recently announced within
Hubbell: • Cheryl Moore has been named Vice President of Commercial Property Management • Kimber Davis has been named Director of Hubbell Community Management • Dave Vogtman has been named Vice President of Omaha Operations, including Hubbell’s affiliate
companies: The Home Company, Boyer Young Land Development and Premier Land Title.

The promotions were effective as of January 1, 2021.
