Indigo Living, formerly Hubbell Apartment Living, released its new logo, branding and website today. With a primary focus on exceptional resident experience for its client and residents, Indigo Living operates more than 45 multifamily communities across Central Iowa and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Vice President of Indigo Living, Darcy Valline said now is the time for a vibrant change.

We have built an elite team of property management professionals who are resident-and-client driven, tech-forward thinking and have an ownership mindset. The team, now called "Go-Getters" is hoping the change will allow for a refocus on third-party management opportunities as well as expansion on current community management practices.
Following the amplified market presence, Indigo Living adopted a modern tech platform in 2019 to improve client and resident efficiencies and experiences as well as overall team collaboration abilities.
