CBRE | Hubbell Commercial is proud to announce the promotions of three brokers in the West Des Moines-based office.
Max Colby has been promoted to a First Vice President with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial. Colby, who joined CBRE | Hubbell Commercial in 2011, specializes in multifamily, retail and office investment sales and works extensively with private and institutional investors throughout the state. He’s been named a CoStar Power Broker and FM Hubbell Production Award Winner and a transaction leader for the CBRE team.
David Eckley has been promoted to a Senior Associate with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial. Eckley, who joined the team in 2017, has been involved in more than $123 million of investment transactions since beginning his career in the multifamily sector. He primarily focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the state.
Shana Patrick has been promoted to a Senior Associate with CBRE | Hubbell Commercial. Patrick, who joined the CBRE | Hubbell Commercial team in mid-2019, has made a quick and profound impact on the marketplace. Her focus is primarily the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment properties including retail, office, industrial, with a heavy emphasis and specialized focus on multi-family.
