The two Broadway Heights Apartments limited liability companies are managed by Hubbell Realty Co. The property is valued at $9.2 million.
Meanwhile, in Dallas County, Hubbell Realty Company bought more land in Waukee across the street from Triumph Park and the new Northwest High School campus.
