Business Record: CBRE|Hubbell Commercial announces 2021 commercial broker awards

Cy Fox and Chris Pendroy have been recognized by CBRE|Hubbell Commercial for their real estate production in 2021. Fox, a senior vice president for the West Des Moines-based firm, was named 2021 Producer of the Year; Pendroy, a vice president with the group, was named 2021 Most Transactions Leader. Fox, with team members Rick Krause, Ray Hamilton and Zach Scheckel, completed 45 sale transactions representing 2,700 apartments units sold and a total value of over $240 million in 2021. Pendroy, with his team that includes Bill Wright, Grant Wright and Dakota Albrecht, completed 167 total sales and leases in 2021, representing over 1.7 million square feet and $110 million in total volume.
