Business Record: Dingel named a top national retail producer by CBRE

Tyler Dingel, senior vice president with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, has been recognized as one of America’s Top 25 Retail Producers for 2021 by CBRE, a global commercial real estate and investment firm of which Hubbell Commercial is an affiliate. Dingel is the only brokerage professional from Iowa to make the list. He also works in the smallest market of those who who were honored. Dingel has been part of the CBRE|Hubbell Commercial team for 16 years, during which time he has completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions, according to a news release. Dingel, with his team, completed 120 transactions for a total value of over $392 million in 2021. "The past couple of years have provided a new world of challenges and opportunities for everyone and commercial real estate certainly faced unique challenges," Dingle said in a prepared statement. "I am very proud of how our team responded quickly to these changes and provided support and expertise to our clients navigating a never before seen environment."
