Post-COVID-19 downtown living is exploding in popularity, making it difficult to find a place to live in downtown Des Moines. LEVEL, an apartment community in the Bridge District downtown, is a new Hubbell housing project that is nearing completion.
It is one of the only multi-family units under construction downtown amid high demand.
The $29 million five-story apartment complex will have 114 one, two, three and four-bedroom units. Developer Hubbell Realty says it's a race to get it open.
