The city of Urbandale and a private developer are working together to bring affordable housing to a larger apartment complex proposed for a part of the city in Dallas County.
The Urbandale City Council in February approved a development agreement with Hubbell Realty Co. for the Line Seven apartment complex that would be at the southwest corner of 142nd Street and Waterford Road. The development would add at least 15 affordable apartments to the city's housing stock.
