The townhomes, which start in the $270's, are located off of Martha Miller Drive, in a rapidly developing area of Pleasant Hill.

In 2025, newly constructed townhomes are on the rise across the marketplace. So far this year, 50 townhomes have been sold or closed in the metro, with Hubbell Homes leading the share with 14 sales.
