Spaulding Lofts

Built in the 1870s, the historic renovation of the Spaulding Manufacturing Company building was completed at the end of 2016 with the opening of Spaulding Lofts. Due to its age and condition, the project required various structural engineering updates. Now home to 77 loft apartment units, Spaulding Lofts remains a beacon in the small town it has called home for nearly 150 years.
