Hubbell Construction Services recently completed a 56,000-square-foot tenant improvement project for Beisser Lumber, delivering full general contracting services from December 2024 through April 2025. The $1.5 million buildout created a dynamic multi-use environment that supports both operations and customer engagement. The back-of-house features a 41,000-square-foot warehouse, dispatch, and door shop area designed to streamline manufacturing and assembly. At the front, 15,000 square feet of new office and showroom space provides an inviting setting for Beisser’s sales team to showcase doors, windows, trim, millwork, decking, railing systems, and other products and services. This modern, purpose-built facility enhances efficiency for day-to-day operations while elevating the customer experience and brand presence for Beisser Lumber.
