With more than 30 years of experience in managing real estate assets, his knowledge of property types runs the gamut, including multi-family, retail, office, flex, industrial, residential and homeowners associations.

The dynamic team of Hogan, Dingel and Millang brokered the sale of the Village of Ponderosa, a 95-acre mixed-use development located in West Des Moines. “The Village of Ponderosa riddle took 28 months to solve due to the burden of the existing PUD and high association costs, but the experiences and relationships built during the process were priceless,” Hogan said.

 

Hogan has hands-on experience in developing, leasing, managing, negotiating and closing all facets of a commercial real estate transaction. He has been with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial since 2011. Dingel is recognized in the greater Des Moines community as a leading broker in the retail and investment markets. He received the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association Deal of the Year award in 2010 and Rising Star Award in 2008. Millang is recognized in the state of Iowa as one of the top commercial real estate producers. He is the only two-time recipient of the ICREA Broker of the Year award, receiving the honor in both 2007 and 2009.
