The seven winners were picked from more than 100 nominations in 18 categories, competing against many of the leaders in Iowa’s apartment industry.

The Pinnacle of Excellence Awards is highly coveted by the Greater Iowa Apartment Association and its members, as well as the National Apartment Association.
