Des Moines, IA (September 15, 2017) – Hubbell Realty Company closed on the land purchase for Gray’s Station on Thursday, September 14 and expects to begin clean up of the site by mid-next week. The cleanup of the 75-plus acres will take months, however, Hubbell has extensive experience in remediating sites such as Gray’s Station. Hubbell Realty Company plans on working hand-in-hand with the City of Des Moines, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and other environmental specialists over the next several months.
