West Des Moines, IA (February 28, 2018) – CBRE|Hubbell Commercial is proud to announce the promotion of Bill Wright, a Senior Vice President within the company. As of February 27, Wright added Managing Director to his title. In this role, Wright will be responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives, business development and facilitation, superior client outcomes and value-added opportunities for our transaction professionals. He will also remain an active transaction professional.

In his new role, Wright will report to and work alongside current CBRE|Hubbell Commercial Senior Vice President and Managing Director Kyle Gamble. Gamble, as Managing Broker, will continue to be responsible for the overall performance of CBRE|Hubbell Commercial, lead their affiliate program communications with CBRE, among all of the aforementioned duties.

Wright has been with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial since 2014, but his notable career spans more than 25 years in the brokerage business, including nearly a decade of experience as a managing director. He is widely recognized as one of Iowa’s leading office and retail brokerage professionals and has been awarded consecutive CBRE|Hubbell Commercial Top Producer Awards in 2016 and 2017, respectfully.

In 2015, he was named the Midwest Real Estate News Hall of Fame Inductee for his outstanding brokerage performance and impressive list of work. During his time with CBRE, Wright has been a leading broker in the office and retail markets, having been involved with well-known clients such as Nationwide Insurance, Hy-Vee, U.S. Bank, Deere & Company and more.
