West Des Moines, IA – Three CBRE | Hubbell Commercial brokerage associates were honored by the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association (ICREA) with awards at the 2019 Iowa Commercial Real Estate Expo. The Iowa Expo, presented by ICREA and the Iowa Chapter of CCIM, is the largest and most comprehensive commercial real estate event in Iowa, attracting top-notch speakers, commercial real estate brokers and practitioners from across Iowa, and a variety of continuing education courses.

The three associates honored were:

• Jeff Spence, Vice President: Deal of the Year Under $5 Million
• Nadja Wirth, Sales Associate: Rising Star of the Year
