Walkers, bikers and joggers can now use the new pedestrian bridge over the Raccoon River that connects Gray's Lake to downtown Des Moines. 

Hubbell Realty Co. officially opened the $4 million bridge to foot traffic on Tuesday at a ribbon cutting ceremony. The company celebrated by showing off the bridge's lighting system that can change with the seasons or to celebrate major events in the Des Moines metro.
