Construction has begun on Hubbell Realty Co.’s $20.4 million Edencrest at Tuscany, a community targeted at older adults, and will include independent living options, memory care and assisted living.
The development, on the southeast corner of Eighth Street and Fourteenth Avenue Southeast in Altoona, will include a one-story building with 20 assisted living units and 20 memory care units.
