EFCO Corp. vacated an owner-occupied building at 1835 NE Broadway Ave – adding 182,400 SF of availability to the Northeast manufacturing submarket. Additionally, Toro Distribution reduced their footprint at 5500 SE Delaware Ave – resulting in 100,000 SF of sublease space being added to the Northwest warehouse submarket in Q2.
