Gray's Station, a 75-acre, $500 million community in downtown Des Moines, recently released brand new renderings showcasing a community clubhouse that's coming to the neighborhood. The $2.8 million project has a modern exterior connected via bike trails in the community and will be located near Gray's Parkway and SW 13th Street, south of LINC rental apartments and townhomes and adjacent to Telus condos, a new condo community starting later this year.

The clubhouse will be open to residents who've purchased a home within Gray's Station. It will be open to the public for the and other events in the future. This year, the Gray's Summer Music Series is on the last Wednesday of every month, May through September, held in Gray's Station's paseo green space.
 

This addition comes on the heels of the announcement of Telus, a condo community that will be located just to the west along Gray's Parkway. Pre-sales are underway, and 10 homes have been pre-sold so far. Condos are also expected to start construction this summer and will start in the $240's up to $400's with garages, private balconies and one-or-two-bedroom homes.

LINC apartment and townhomes announced a fourth phase in late 2024, adding 135 apartments along Tuttle and SW 13th Streets. Hubbell Homes plans to continue for-sale townhomes throughout the community as well. To stay up to date on the neighborhood, visit graysstation.com.
