West Des Moines, Iowa (March 30, 2026) — Hubbell Realty Company has named Kyle Gamble President & CEO, as longtime past CEO Rick Tollakson officially retires. 

Gamble, formerly President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), is a lifelong Iowan who has spent 32 years at Hubbell in various key leadership roles across brokerage, operations, management, and strategic development.  

Gamble joined Hubbell in 1994 and spent 18 years as the Managing Director for CBRE | Hubbell Commercial, leading office, retail, industrial and multifamily teams. Following his time with CBRE, Gamble continued to be promoted to expanded leadership roles at Hubbell, ultimately being promoted to Executive Vice President. In this role, Gamble has provided strategic oversight for 16 business units spanning commercial and residential real estate, including property management, development, construction, homebuilding, and asset management. Over the past several years, he has been responsible for setting companywide strategy, aligning operational performance with long-term growth goals, and ensuring consistency in culture, financial discipline, and customer experience across Hubbell’s diverse portfolio.

This promotion to President & CEO follows Gamble being named President and COO in early 2025, and Executive Vice President & COO in 2024.
