Norwalk's newest neighborhood, Holland Pointe, will begin to take shape this year on the city's northeast side
Hubbell Realty Company said in a news release the $25 million, 120-acre development along Beardsley Street will include an estimated 200 single-family homes, as well as hundreds of apartment units, brownstones, townhomes and villas.
The project has 10 phases and could take an estimated 10 years to complete, according to Hubbell. The first phase includes construction this fall of 71 single-family homes, all expected to cost $350,000 or below, and six townhomes, the release said.
