Omaha has long been known as one of the steadiest commercial real estate markets in the Midwest. It’s little surprise, then, that the mood was an upbeat one during the 10th annual Omaha Commercial Real Estate Conference held Nov. 13 by Midwest Real Estate News.
Tim Coonan, Vice President of Hubbell Realty Company, explained his positive outlook for the steadily growing market, citing Hubbell's current positive absorption of Sagebrook, a 264-unit apartment and townhome community in La Vista. Coonan also cited CBRE's Q3 2025 report with the strong fundamentals to support Hubbell's other upcoming multifamily projects - The Rye at Harrison and The Riva at Chalco.
Both communities will begin in 2026, with partnership opportunities currently open.
