Nexius enlisted Hubbell’s help to build out new offices in Birchwood Crossing Business Park. The office consists of a large open office space, several conference rooms, a break room and restrooms. The warehouse space consists of racking for storage, assembly areas, four dock-high overhead doors and six drive-in overhead doors. Two of the dock doors were added during the winter to meet the tenant’s needs and time constraints to occupy the space.
