Hubbell Realty Company has been selected to manage Autumn Ridge apartments in Waukee effective March 27, 2019. The 434-unit building, formerly managed by BH Management, is being released to Hubbell Apartment Living management in two phases and will continue to be called Autumn Ridge. The community is located along Alice’s Road near the Waukee HyVee, Heart of Warrior Trail, Waukee Trailside Dog Park and Waukee Community School District.
“This community will be the largest in our central Iowa portfolio at over 400 units. We’re also very excited to be retaining a majority of the staff on site so the people living in this community will still know and have that connection to their management team,” said Darcy Valline, Vice President of Hubbell Apartment Living.
Autumn Ridge has 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes which come with 50” LED TV’s, private patios and balconies as well as a two community pools, fitness center, two clubhouses. This community is also pet-friendly and adjacent to the soon-to-open Waukee Trailside Dog Park.
